Longueville House Cider is 100% Natural, Medium Dry Artisan Cider (ABV: 5%) from our 25 acre apple orchards in the Blackwater Valley. Our cider is hand-made from Dabinett and Michelin apples and contains no artificial sweeteners, additives, colourings or preservatives. The result is a medium dry cider with a rich amber colour. It is best drunk well chilled with no ice & is an ideal accompaniment to fish & meat.
Producer – William O Callaghan
Longueville House Apple Brandy is a double distillation (ABV 40%) of our own cider using copper pot stills in our distillery. The Brandy is stored in French oak barrels where it is aged for four years to mature. The resulting brandy is rich with the aroma of apples, smooth and full bodied on the palate with an intense, dark amber colour. An ideal after dinner drink served straight up, or add to coffee for a unique Irish Coffee - we call it “Longueville Coffee”. In warmer weather add some ice, fresh apple juice, soda water & fresh mint to a shot of our apple brandy for a long, delicious cooling cocktail.
