William O’Callaghan Chef/Proprietor at Longueville House will be offering a Seasonal Cookery Demonstration & Garden Tour followed by a delicious lunch on one day of each month. William and his talented team design a menu each day for the Restaurant that works with the season and what’s available from walled kitchen garden.

During the month of October don your boots and wellies and hike around Longueville in search of edible mushroom varieties home grown here on our Estate. Suitable for all ages as well as beginners. Even well behaved dogs on a leash are welcome! The thing that seperates our mushroom hunt from the rest is the delicious gourmet luncheon awaiting you after your mornings work!
